Polyethylene foam boards are compressible boards from cross linked, non absorbent, sem- rigid PE and used to form and fill expansion joints in concrete constructions.

Projects that need this kind of boards:

- water tanks

- canals

- roadways

- retaining walls 

- airport runways and taxiways

- basements etc

They present excellent recovery rates and are the most suitable boards for water retaining and water excluding projects.

Usual dimensions: 1000 x 2000 x 20mm.

On the other hand there are bitumen impregnated fibreboards which are more economical but with less recovery and resistance to water. 

Typical dimensions: 1220 x 2200 x 12mm.
