To Nitoflor Hardtop είναι μια σκόνη που αποτελείται από αδρανή με μεγάλη αντοχή σε τριβή, τσιμέντο και πρόσμικτα που βελτιώνουν την εργασιμότητα.

Τοποθετείται με επίπαση στο φρέσκο μπετόν και με την κατάλληλη ελικοπτέρωση δίνει πυκνόπορες και εξαιρετικά ανθεκτικές επιφάνειες στην τριβή και γενικά στις μηχανικές καταχρήσεις.

Επίσης δεν απορροφάει λάδια και λοιπούς υγρούς ρύπους.

Συνήθης κατανάλωση: 3-5 kg/m2 εφαρμοσμένα σε δύο φάσεις.

Ιδανικό υλικό για αποθήκες, χώρους logistics όπου κινούνται βαριά / περονοφόρα / κλαρκ.

Σε αντίθεση με τις παντοειδείς επιστρώσεις δαπέδων που μπορούν να αποκολληθούν για διάφορους  λόγους, τα σκληρυντικά δαπέδων ή επιφανειακοί σκληρυντές δίνουν μονολιθικότητα γενόμενοι αναπόσπαστο μέρος της επιφάνειας του μπετόν.

Οι τσιμεντόβιδες / μπετόβιδες Torx της Wkret-met κατασκευάζονται από επιψευδαργυρωμένο χάλυβα υψηλών μηχανικών αντοχών και αντίστασης στη διάβρωση. 

Έχουν επίπεδη κεφαλή που βιδώνει με μύτη ΤΧ-30 και φέρουν σπείρωμα σε όλο τους το μήκος.

Χρησιμοποιούνται για στερέωση κουφωμάτων απ ευθείας πάνω στο μπετόν.

Η διάνοιξη γίνεται με τρυπάνι 6mm και το απαραίτητο βάθος αγκύρωσης είναι 30mm ενώ το προτεινόμενο βάθος διάνοιξης είναι 40mm.

SBS  modified asphalt membranes are more elastic than their APP counterparts and don't become as brittle in lower temoperatures.

They are also more expensive

On the other hand APP modified asphalt membranes are more resistant to UV and higher temperatures.

Generally there are no strict rules to define where each type should be used.

Though, the collective experience and the common logic suggest that APP should be used in hotter countries with more sun radiation.

And SBS should be used in colder climates.

SBS in Canada and SBS in Greece?

It's crazy!

An option of a quality APP with a cold temperature flexibility of -10 degrees might be the best for Greece.

But why we use so much SBS in Greece?

The answer is that we simply lack knowledge and we act like nouveau riche.
